Delivery was pretty quick and the item came nicely packed.

My only gripe is that I stumbled upon one on eBay shortly after buying this. It showed up earlier and cost half the price. Honestly, it's a bit steep for a power adaptor—£40 for a 12v adaptor for a Black Magic Assist.

"Fast Delivery of the Package"
The package got here pretty fast, but I reckon the packaging could use some improvement. The electrical part was stuffed in a flimsy cardboard box, which was then wrapped in a thin layer of plastic. It was all shaking around in there. Some bubble wrap or something like that would have been a good idea.
